This MODEL RELEASE FORM states that said model, whose signature appears below, grants Alfred Romo artistic license to use his/her images/likeness in an online setting, in online publication in the form of website(s) designed by Alfred Romo. This agreement states that Alfred Romo will not solicit said model for any paid services beyond these websites, nor fees - but accepts a one-time fee of $60 USD. This agreement also gives Alfred Romo descretion over the websites' marketing, to submit said websites to search engines & model databases as seen fit and to utilize said model's images/likeness for promotion & publication of ARmodels' online presence. This agreement is non-binding, non-exclusive & permits the model to use images designed, enhanced, edited or formatted by Alfred Romo for his/her own personal or commercial use outside of ARmodels. Said model retains all rights to his/her images, now and always. By signing this agreement, you submit your approval of Alfred Romo's work.
